✅ Return policy overview
Return period: 28 days from the date of receipt
Eligibility: Item must be unworn, unwashed, with tags intact, and in its original packaging.
Return method: Self-shipping (trackable shipping is recommended)
Refund method: Refunds will be made to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days of receipt.


⚠️ Note:
Personal care products (such as socks and underwear) are non-returnable once opened for hygiene reasons.
Customized items and clearance items May not be eligible for returns or exchanges. Please check the product page for details.

 

🔄 Return process (three steps) step 1: Send a return request email please send your return request to: Info@qiongh.Com
Please include:
Your order number
Product name and quantity to be returned
Reason for return (optional)
Attach a photo of the product if possible

 

📌 Note: Please do not return the product directly. You must notify us by email first so we can prepare to receive it.
Step 2: Prepare the return package
Place the item, along with the original tag and packaging, in a box.
We recommend retaining the original box as outer packaging.
Do not attach the shipping label directly to the box; use an outer envelope or packaging bag.
Step 3: Return the item
Send the package to the return address we provide (this will be confirmed in our customer service email).
We recommend using a tracked method (such as royal mail tracked).
Return postage is the customer's responsibility; we do not provide prepaid return labels.

 

💵 Refund information
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will issue a refund via the original payment method.
The refund will be the product price plus the original standard shipping fee (if shipping is free for orders over $100, the product price will be refunded).
If the returned item does not meet the conditions (e.G., it has been used or does not have tags), we reserve the right to refuse a refund or provide a partial refund.


🛠 Need to exchange an item? We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
We recommend:
1. Return the product following the above process.
2. Place a new order for the new size or style.
This will ensure you receive your desired product faster.
