📦 Delivery times
We process orders between 9:30 am and 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
All orders successfully paid for before 3:00 pm on weekdays are typically shipped the same or the next business day.
Please understand that processing times May be slightly delayed during holidays or promotional periods (such as black Friday and christmas).

✅ Free shipping on orders over $100: Standard delivery is free on orders over $100 to all regions.

🔍 Tracking your package
After all orders are shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
You can use this tracking number to track your package in real time on the carrier's website (e.G., royal mail, dhl).

📭 Shipping instructions
Please ensure that the delivery address you enter is correct. Failure or delays due to an incorrect address will result in re-delivery costs, which will be borne by the customer.
If the delivery address is a workplace, please provide your company name and department to ensure smooth delivery.
Delivery times May be extended to remote locations (such as the scottish highlands or overseas islands).

🛑 Undeliverable or refused packages
If a package is returned due to your absence, refusal to sign for it, or an invalid address, we will contact you to discuss re-delivery or a refund.
Returned orders will be refunded the original shipping cost plus a $5 restocking fee.

🌍 International shopping notice
International orders May be subject to import duties or value added tax (vat). The exact amount is determined by local customs and is the responsibility of the recipient. Qiongh is not responsible for any customs delays or additional taxes.
